Q: How long does it take for my items to be delivered?
A: 3-10 working days for your delivery time. We not responsible for late delivery as this can occur due to delivery companies. We aim to always send out parcels 10 workings days. Please note personalised items may take longer
Q: Can I return my items?
A: Yes within 14 days. All labels and packaging must be returned the way you received them. If there is any marks or small issues with your return, we will review your refund. Please do not return items back if you have accidentally put makeup or deodorant marks on the items. Your return will not be accepted.
Q Is returning my parcel free?
A: Unfortunately at this time you would have to pay to return your parcel. Styvish will email you to let you know where to return the parcel. We are hoping in the future this will change.
Q Can I return my personalised items?
A: No, due to the garment being personalised.
Q Can I cancel my personalised order?
A: Once your order is being made unfortunately you will no longer be able to cancel the order. The order will still be sent out.
